Helping people Heal, One Honest Conversation at a Time
For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate some of life’s most painful and transformative experiences.
Whether it’s grief after the loss of a loved one, the silent weight of anxiety, the sting of rejection, or the deep ache of self-doubt – these are not just struggles; they’re turning points. And you don’t have to go through them alone.

Hi, I’m Carol Moore, a qualified, HCPC-registered psychologist and a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
In addition, I’ve taught Health Psychology and Counselling, and have provided supervision to practicing counsellors.
I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for people to be heard, understood, and empowered.
My work is rooted in compassion, clinical experience, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.
I’ve dedicated over three decades to my work as a psychologist and psychotherapist, guiding individuals through various emotional and psychological challenges.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in old patterns, or simply seeking clarity – you’re not alone.
With me, you’ll find a safe, confidential space to heal, grow, and rediscover your true self.
🧠 My Approach
Over the years, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t about rushing through emotions, it’s about allowing space for them, giving language to your pain, and finding tools that genuinely help you move forward.
My approach combines evidence-based methods with a grounded, warm, and intuitive presence. Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning to it after a long pause, you’ll be met with kindness and a clear path forward.
🌿 What I Help With
People come to me for many reasons, some are navigating heartbreak or trauma, others are overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, and many are simply searching for meaning in the chaos of everyday life.
But at the core, they’re all asking the same question: “Can I feel whole again?”
Yes, you can. And I’m here to help you get there.
💖 Why I Do This Work
Mental and emotional suffering often hides in plain sight. I’ve made it my life’s work to help people recognize their strength, reframe their pain, and rebuild a sense of self they can trust and rely on.
✨ A Final Word
Therapy is not about being “broken.” It’s about being brave enough to face what hurts, and wise enough to seek support. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey – or simply curious about what’s possible – I’m here to walk with you.
“You don’t have to go through this alone – healing begins with one brave step.”
Let’s take that step together.
